Raw Energy Bites
These little bites of goodness feel more like a treat but are filled with ingredients full of nutrients! They are perfect for on the go, after school snacks for the kids, or a healthier option when you are looking for something sweet!
You Will Need:
1 Cup Favorite Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla)
1 Cup Old Fashion Oatmeal
1 Cup Peanut Butter or any Nut Butter of Choice
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Raw Honey
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips – Lily’s brand is awesome and SUGAR FREE (sweetened with Stevia and sugar alcohol and remember the darker the chocolate the higher the antioxidants)
Mix all ingredients together and use a cookie scoop or spoon to form dough into balls.
Refrigerate or freeze.
